How long is the workshop?
The workshop is eight weeks long. The first content will be released on November 1, 2022, and the final session will be held on December 22, 2022.
How is the workshop structured and how much time do I need to dedicate each week?
Modules open up every Sunday evening with content and reflection worksheets. There will be two live calls per week (Wednesday @ 2pm ET / Thursday @ 2pm ET).
Expect to spend around 6 hours of dedicated time per week. This includes small group calls, journaling, modules, and group coaching.
